CTNM18D Complete Rice Mill machine. Which can cleaner, destoner, huller, Paddy Separator, whitener( polisher) , grader all in one. The output is 1000-1200 kg rice per hour, input 1400-1700 kg paddy per hour.

Technical Feature:
The 53 Rotating cleaner can remove big straw, ear of rice paddy, dust and others middle and big size impurities;
50 suction type destoner installed before the Rubber rollers husker(Sheller), it can remove the stone, this can protect the rubber roller husker not broken by stone, and this is good to health ;
Here we choose the MLGJ15B husker in this line. This husker can remove the hull of the rice paddy well high efficiently with low broken rice rate;
MGCZ70*5 series paddy separator can separate the hull and the brown rice well, and then the brown rice will be send to whitener, it will decrease the broken rice and increase white rice output rate at the same time;
The MNMF15 whitener can make the brown rice have a shining appearance and make the rice have a good taste, you will have a good market;
The MMJK30A Rice grader can separate the broken rice away.
