5XZ-3B seed gravity separator is the suction type used for separating grain and seed,This machine is better for processing the seeds which have been primary selected. It`s based on the theory of granular and density segregation appearance in fluidization, and the different dimensions of the grain.

Application of 5XZ-3B seed gravity separator

Gravity separator is used for cleaning hypoplastic, immature, wormy, musty or gemmiparous seeds according to seed's different density when seeds are cleaned by air screener and indented cylinder classifier, getting uniform shape and dimension. It also can clean mishmashes (like stone, cinder) that have similar dimension and different weight with seeds. This machine is also the right equipment for the cleaning and classification of melon seeds and tea.

Working Principle of 5XZ-3B seed gravity separator

By air aspiration and sieve oscillation, the seed is fluidized and stratified. Heavy seed (good seed) sink into bottom layer of material on the sieve while the bad seed (light seed) suspends to the top layer. After stratified, materials go forward to the discharging part. Bottom layer good seed fall through the sieve discharge from outlets. The light seed with bad quality will be discharged directly. Mixture quality seed through sieves and return back to feeding hopper via vibrating material reflow gear.
