Gildemeister Plasma Metal Cutting Machine MD-40P1 is one type of gantry type Plasma Cutting Machine which is mainly designed for big size Metal sheet and metal pipe cutting work .For smaller piece of metal sheet ,it won't be too difficult to load them onto table type plasma cutting machine ,but when the metal sheet goes bigger ,especially when it is also thick ,then load it onto table would be a difficult job for the plasma cutting machine operator.Orbital plasma Cutting Machine is mainly designed under this circumstance .Machine has been designed without normal holding table but only two parallel orbits with a moving gantry carrying the cutting torch here and there for different type cutting work .With this type of design ,the loading work for metal sheet would be much easier and because there is no table size limit make it available to build as bigger size as work request .Therefore，the orbital Plasma Metal Cutting Machine mainly build for bigger size such as 2X6m ,3X8m ,4X12m etc .The plasma generator mainly choose bigger one such as 200A-300A ,meanwhile ,flame cutting head could be added for even more thicker metal sheet when plasma generator could not handle .
